Reporting a concern
Anyone can tell us, in confidence, about something that worries them. Only our safeguarding leads read it.
Use Report a concern in the footer of any page, or in the help panel. You do not need an account.
What to tell us
Say who or what it is about, what happened and when. You can attach photos or documents. If you want us to write to you, tick that you may be contacted. Without an account, add an address. Leave it empty to stay unnamed.
Who reads it
Only the Safeguarding leads of the national Award office. Not Leaders, not Centre admins, not other admins. Every time a lead opens a case it is recorded.
What happens next
A lead acknowledges the report within 7 days and follows it to its end within 30. If you are signed in, My reports shows where each report stands and when. It never shows what the leads wrote. Without an account, keep the reference we give you.
