Registrations that need staff, and possible duplicates
See the accounts only your staff can clear, and the pairs of people who may be one person, and rule that they are two.
Registrations
Registrations lists the accounts that wait for a person on your staff. It does not list someone who is only waiting for themselves to confirm their address, for a parent or guardian to agree, or for a payment. It does list an account where a parent or guardian said no or took their agreement back, where the fee was refunded, or where the person may be a duplicate. Open one to see what was submitted and decide. The number beside Registrations in the menu counts them.
Possible duplicates
Two people of your Operator with the same name and date of birth, once capitals, accents and spaces are set aside, may be one person. In Arabic, the vowel marks and the different forms of alef, ya and ta marbuta are set aside too. The later registration then waits for a person, even where your Operator approves accounts automatically, and the approver is told who the other record is.
Open Possible duplicates to see each pair with both records. Open both and decide. If they are two people, choose These are two people. The pair leaves the list, both accounts are checked again and your decision is recorded. If they are one person, ask them which account to keep. You can download the list as a file.
