Labels

Labels are your Operator’s own words to group and find people and places. There are four kinds: participant, award level, Leader and organisation labels.

Adding, renaming and deleting

• Add a label under its kind. Two labels of one kind cannot share a name.
• Rename one at any time. Everything that carries it shows the new name.
• Delete one, and it comes off everything that carries it. This cannot be undone.

Keeping a label while it is in use

Choose Keep it while it is in use for a label that matters to your reports. It cannot be deleted while anything carries it.
