Changing the words
Change any text people read, one language at a time, and mark the texts you have checked, before you publish.
Wording lets you change the words people read, so they sound like you. Every organisation below you shows your wording.
Find a text
Open Wording in the settings. Choose a Language, then use Find texts to narrow the list. You can show All texts, the ones To review, or the ones Changed by you, or search by key or text. Each text shows the Standard text in that language. A text that is not translated yet shows British English.
Change it
Write Your text and choose Save. It goes into the draft. Choose Use the standard text to take your change back. Some texts have plural forms or choices. Keep each of them, and use nothing the standard text does not use. If you cannot save, the page says what to change.
If the standard text changes and yours no longer fits it, the page says No longer fits and shows the standard text until you change yours or use the standard one.
Review and publish
A change to the standard text sets your version To review. Read it, then choose Mark reviewed. You can mark every text in the list at once. Choose Preview or publish the draft. People see your changes once you publish.
